Our Story
BAI Projects was founded to bridge the gap between government expectations and technology delivery. Too often, technology programs in the public sector are derailed by misaligned incentives, poor governance, or a lack of domain expertise. We set out to change that.
Based in Brisbane, we work across Australia and internationally with government technology vendors, agencies, and regulated organisations. Our team brings deep experience across security, cloud, AI, and program delivery — always grounded in governance frameworks that give stakeholders confidence.
